BROTHER GERARD CORMIER

Is a member of a Catholic teaching order
Taught on the high school level for 43 years
Retired from teaching in 1991
Moved to the Bellport area at that time.
Taught art from 1978-1991
Gave a workshop in upstate NY in 2002
Started painting in 1963
Favors watercolor, landscapes, seascapes
Has had many one-man shows in the area
Has received numerous awards
Has paintings in a few countries and several states
Presently lives in the Brookhaven area
